The slow-moving red train from Poschiavo to the Morteratsch glacier is an unforgettable journey, winding through mountains, across a glacier and passing magnificent lakes. At Morteratsch, we re-board our coach and make our way to the ‘Birrificio’ in Livigno, where the local beer – La Birra di Livigno 1816 – is produced (entrance – extra). During this visit we will also be able to taste four of their typical beers along with accompanying savouries. Dinner at the hotel (extra).
