TUESDAY 15 DECEMBER

Meet your tour leader at Malta International Airport for your direct flight to Prague. Upon arrival, a short drive takes you to your hotel in central Prague for check-in and optional dinner. Later, you may join your tour leader for a short orientation walk through the Old Town, including the Grand Main Square with its historic buildings, Church, Astronomical Clock, and Christmas market.

WEDNESDAY 16 DECEMBER

After breakfast, the day begins with a visit to Prague Castle and St. Vitus Cathedral, where you will admire its history, architecture, and panoramic views. The tour continues to the Infant Jesus of Prague at the Carmelite Church, with time for religious souvenirs and blessed oil. Afterwards, enjoy a walk across Charles Bridge and explore Kampa Island, including its Christmas market and local shops. An optional Vltava River cruise offers views of Prague before a folklore dinner (optional).

THURSDAY 17 DECEMBER

After breakfast, travel to Dresden, known as the “Florence on the Elbe” for its Baroque architecture and heritage. During Advent, the city transforms into a Christmas destination filled with wooden stalls, mulled wine, and gingerbread aromas. Visit the Striezelmarkt, Germany’s oldest Christmas market dating to 1434, and the market around Frauenkirche, offering handcrafted decorations and local delicacies. Return to the hotel for optional dinner and overnight.

FRIDAY 18 DECEMBER

A magical day in Český Krumlov, one of Europe’s most enchanting medieval towns and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. During Christmas, its fairy-tale atmosphere is enhanced with festive decorations and a cosy winter ambiance across cobbled streets and squares. Dominated by Český Krumlov Castle, the town offers views over the Vltava River, cafés, and craft shops. The excursion also includes a stop in České Budějovice, known for its historic square and South Bohemian charm. Return to your hotel in Prague for optional dinner and overnight.

SATURDAY 19 DECEMBER

Following breakfast and check-out, spend your final day in Karlovy Vary, famous for its thermal springs, architecture, and riverside setting along the Teplá River. Enjoy free time to explore the colonnades, shops, and festive surroundings before visiting the Christmas Market in Smetana Park for traditional food, mulled wine, gifts, and decorations. Later, transfer to Prague Airport for your return flight to Malta at 2040hrs, concluding this memorable journey with the magic of the Czech Christmas spirit and unforgettable festive memories.
