This morning, visit Schloss Hellbrunn, where the palace courtyard transforms into a romantic Advent market decorated trees, artisanal crafts, and festive treats. Continue to Salzburg to explore the city’s renowned Christmas markets, particularly the Christkindlmarkt in the historic old town. Cathedral squares glow with thousands of lights, stalls display handcrafted decorations and seasonal delights, and the aroma of cinnamon and cloves fills the air as choirs perform beneath the baroque skyline. SUNDAY 20 DECEMBER

Depart Wagrain for Mondsee, where the charming lakeside Christmas market offers an intimate festive atmosphere. Continue to St. Gilgen, whose lakeside Advent market is celebrated for traditional music performances and handcrafted gifts, and then visit St. Wolfgang, home to the famous Wolfgangsee Advent market. TUESDAY 22 DECEMBER

After breakfast, depart Wagrain and proceed north towards Munich. En route, enjoy a stop at Rosenheim before continuing to the airport for your onward flight.
