YOUR ITINERARY

Saturday 22 August | departure

Meet your tour leader at 0400hrs for your intercontinental flight to Calgary via Frankfurt. Upon arrival meet and greet your Canadian tour guide, who will be with you during your journey in the Rockies. Dinner is at leisure. Accommodation at the 3* Sandman Hotel Calgary West (or similar), in Calgary.

Sunday 23 August | CALGARY – BANFF REGION 

After breakfast start your day with an orientation tour of Calgary. Later depart to Banff National Park, home to mountain peaks, turquoise glacial lakes, and a mountain village renowned for its photogenic panorama! In the afternoon, continue to Banff, where you can admire Banff Avenue, Bow Falls, Surprise Corner, Lake Minnewanka, Cascade Mountain and Hoodoos. Accommodation at the 3* Coast Canmore Hotel (or similar) in Canmore.

Monday 24 August | BANFF REGION

Soon after breakfast depart for the Banff Gondola, a breathtaking ascent to the pinnacle of Sulphur Mountain for an awe-inspiring 3600 panorama of sheer mountain majesty.   In the afternoon, discover Lake Louise, with its Victoria Glacier and the imposing Chateau Lake Louise in the background.  A stop in Johnston Canyon and Moraine Lake will also be included. Accommodation at the 3* Coast Canmore Hotel (or similar) in Canmore.

Tuesday 25 August | BANFF REGION – JASPER REGION

After breakfast and check-out travel to Yoho National Park. Inside the park, you’ll discover the Natural Bridge, the splendid Emerald Lake, and the famous Kicking Horse Pass spiral tunnel. Photo stop at Crowfoot Glacier, Bow Lake & Peyto Lake will be included. Later head to Icefields Parkway for a spectacular Snowcoach and  Sky walk tour of the Athabasca Glacier. Soon afterwards enter Jasper National Park, one of Alberta’s 5 UNESCO World Heritage Sites.  We make a stop at Athabasca Falls.  Accommodation at the 3* Lobstick Lodge (or similar) in Jasper.

Wednesday 26 August | JASPER REGION

After breakfast join our tour guide for an orientation tour of the town. Discover Lac Beauvert, Lac Pyramide and Lac Patricia, among others.   Let Maligne Lake Cruise take you on a 90-minute cruise on one of the Rockies’ most picturesque lakes. Enjoy a short hike to discover Maligne Canyon, where 10,000 years of erosion have created a gorge 49 meters deep! Accommodation at the 3* Lobstick Lodge (or similar) in Jasper.

Thursday 27 August | JASPER REGION – KAMLOOPS REGION

After breakfast and check-out drive to Kamloops via the “Tête Jaune” highway along the North Thompson River.  Discover Wells Grey Park, nicknamed “the park of waterfalls”, one of the most spectacular parks where nature is still in its wild state. A BBQ lunch will be served. The park is home to a large population of black bears. A stop at Spahat Falls is also included.  Accommodation at the 3* The Plaza Hotel (or similar) in Kamloops.

Friday 28 August | KAMLOOPS REGION – WHISTLER REGION

After early breakfast depart to Whistler.  Spanning the distance between Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains, the Guinness World Record-breaking PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola provides an unparalleled perspective of British Columbia’s rooftop providing incomparable views of towering volcanic peaks, coastal rainforests, and ancient glaciers. Accommodation at the 3* Aava Whistler (or similar) in Whistler.

Saturday 29 August | WHISTLER REGION – VANCOUVER 

Enjoy breakfast and check-out. Drive to Vancover. En-route enjoy  the “Sea to Sky” cable car ride in Squamish. Located between two provincial parks are Shannon Falls and Stawamus Chief.  The Chief lookout offers a 2700 view of Howe Sound and the Coast Mountains.  Later visit the Capilano suspension bridge, overlooking a 70-metre gorge.  Arrive in Vancouver in the late afternoon. Accommodation at the 3* Sandman Hotel & Suites (or similar) in Vancouver.

Sunday 30 August | VANCOUVER 

After breakfast start your day with an orientation tour of Vancouver, the city between sea and mountains. Discover Chinatown, Robson Street, English Bay and Stanley Park, which covers the same area as downtown.  Accommodation at the 3* Sandman Hotel & Suites (or similar) in Vancouver.

Monday 31 August | VANCOUVER – alaska Cruise

Soon after early breakfast  transfer to Seattle Cruise Terminal  to embark on the Royal Caribbean cruise ship – Anthem of the Seas for an epic journey into the Last Frontier. Depending of time of check-in, we can start enjoying the amenities on board the Anthem Of the Seas.  Set sail at 1600hrs.

Victoria, British Columbia, is a stunning, easily walkable “City of Gardens” that provides a sophisticated and historical counterpoint to wilder Alaskan ports. As British Columbia’s capital, it offers a charming blend of colonial history and modern Pacific Northwest culture.

MONDAY 07 SEPTEMBER  | Seattle, Washington

After disembarkation enjoy a guided city tour of Seattle. Seattle may be a young city, but its short history adds to its unique charm.  Accommodation at the 3* Hotel Five (or similar) on room only basis in Seattle.

Tuesday 08 SEPTEMBER  | departure

After check-out, transfer to Seattle’s Airport for your flight back to Malta, arriving at 1610hrs of the 09 September.
