DAY 1 |  Friday 5 September

Meet your Tour Leader at Malta International Airport for your early morning flight to Munich, departing at 0715 hrs. Upon arrival, head to Lake Chiemsee, the largest lake in Bavaria. Board a boat (included) for a picturesque cruise to Herrenchiemsee Island, home to the magnificent Herrenchiemsee Palace (entrance included), inspired by Versailles. After exploring the palace, continue to the hotel, stopping for dinner before check-in and overnight stay.

DAY 2 |  Saturday 6 September

Today’s full-day adventure begins with a visit to Hohenwerfen Fortress (entrance included), an impressive medieval stronghold perched high above the valley. Enjoy breathtaking scenery and an exciting birds of prey demonstration. Continue to Bischofshofen, then visit the tranquil Lake Jägersee before heading back to the hotel for dinner.

DAY 3 |  Sunday  7 September

After breakfast, set off on a full-day excursion to Zell am See, a picturesque town known for its shimmering blue lake and colorful alpine chalets. Later, explore the Sigmund Thun Gorge (entrance included), following a 320-meter-long walkway that winds through striking rock formations and cascading waters. Return to the hotel for dinner.

DAY 4 |  Monday 8 September

Start the day with a scenic cable car ride (included) to the peak of Grafenberg Mountain, where breathtaking views await. Then, travel to Salzburg, renowned for its historic churches, grand palaces, and connections to The Sound of Music. Explore the hilltop fortress, stroll through charming squares, and admire its architectural wonders. Dinner will not be served at the hotel today.

DAY 5 |  Tuesday 9 September

Visit the stunning Lake Gosau, a small yet spectacular mountain lake surrounded by unspoiled nature—perfect for capturing memorable photos. Continue to Hallstatt, a picture-perfect lakeside village famous for its quaint houses, dramatic mountain backdrop, and iconic church spire. Return to the hotel for dinner.

DAY 6 |  Wednesday 10 September

After breakfast and check-out, travel to Munich’s city center. Take time to explore its lush parks, historic landmarks, world-class museums, and lively beer gardens before your return flight to Malta, departing at 1710 hrs.
