1st day / Arrival day
Immediately after arrival at the international Thessaloniki’s Airport, we will depart for Eastern Halkidiki. https://www.visit-easternhalkidiki.gr
We will be there in about 1 1/2h and after checking in at Alexandros Palace Hotel & Suites we can relax and dine.

2nd day / The Mount Athos Legend
After breakfast, we will embark one of the Athos Sea Cruises vessels and sail along the coast of Mount Athos. We will see all the monasteries of the West bank, visit their relics and admire monastic architecture.

At noon, we will lunch at Fish Restaurant MARE, one of the most renowned and award-winning local restaurants, where we will enjoy an authentic monastic menu and then visit the Zigou Monastery and the land borders of Mount Athos. The currently excavated Zigou monastery is the only Athonite monastery that can be visited by women, as it is situated just a few meters from the border of the monastic state! Late in the afternoon, we will return to the hotel to relax and dine.

3rd day / The summer Mount Athos Area face
After breakfast, we will embark the Eirinikos Glass Bottom vessel in order to discover the blessed gulf of Mount Athos. We will visit the beautiful island of Ammouliani and its famous beaches. We will go on an excellent cruise around the island in order to spend our day swimming, fishing and diving. We will lunch at the Tzanis fish restaurant, directly opposite Mount Athos, enjoying the commanding, breathtaking view! Late in afternoon we will return to the hotel to relax and to dine.

4th day / The summer Mount Athos Area face
We will spend our day at the hotel’s fantastic beach, swimming and enjoying the Greek summer. Sports activities, sea cruises and games will give us the opportunity to “be lost” in the Mediterranean life! At the end of the day we will dine at the hotel’s Greek tavern.

5th day / Shopping or Diving
After breakfast we will visit Ouranoupolis, will walk around Prosforios Tower and will visit the shops in the village, where they can obtain authentic Mount Athos products, will try local wine and oil, and will then see how the monks of Mount Athos create Byzantine icons. As an alternative we can dive in the hotel’s underwater cellar and enjoy fantastic lunch on the boat!

6rd day / In the sea footsteps of Aristotle
After breakfast we will visit the ancient town of Stagira, the birthplace of the philosopher Aristotle – teacher of Alexander the Great. We will walk around the archaeological findings and the Aristotelian Mountain (protected by the European Convention Natura 2000); Later on we will visit the famous mussels farms, located around the Aristotelian Mountain’s green / white and sandy beaches, being informed about the way in which the mussels are cultivating in the area. We can also dive, swim and collect mussels! We will finish, enjoying an organic sea food lunch at the famous Restaurant Akroyiali! We will return to the hotel full of unique experiences!

7th day / A farewell day!
Swimming, sporting, diving and dancing are the main characteristics of the day.
We will spend our day around the hotel’s fantastic sandy beach and after our dinner Greek dancers will say goodbye to us in the most “Greek dance” way!

8th day / Departure day
Say arrivederci! Transfer to the Thessaloniki International Airport
