The selected candidate must possess the following skills:

Preference will be given to candidates who possess any of the following:
- An IATA qualification and/or a relevant and accredited qualification in travel
- Work experience in travel
- Knowledge of Amadeus or similar global distribution system
- Prior experience in logistics
- Knowledge of foreign languages, including Italian, would be considered an asset
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first line of support to Leisure Team Leader
- Liaise with the respective suppliers for the provision of the necessary travel services to clients
- Management of group bookings with attention to deadlines and cancellation policies
- Provide appropriate information and knowledge about the products being offered to customers
- Preparation of content for marketing of package tours to individual and groups on website and social media platforms
- Calculate costings and liaise with the accounts department to handle invoices and payments to suppliers
- Any other related duties as may be determined from time to time
